What is anger?
It is the action of getting angry and upset.
No person can say that they have never bothered; if she does, she would be a liar. For even Jehovah himself has manifested himself to experience this feeling in his word.
But he advises both his children and everyone:
The Lord does not forbid us from anger, but He alerts us to its consequences, He says, "Be angry but do not sin: do not let the sun go down on your anger" (Ephesians 4:26).
In this verse he tells us to be careful with anger because it causes us to sin. How many people in a moment of anger against another person have committed a murder.
On the other hand, he recommends that we not let the day go by without passing that feeling, since our hearts are filled with roots of bitterness due to the lack of forgiveness towards other people.
In conclusion, anger can burden a person and make him disobedient as Jonah did (Jonah 4: 4).
