Greetings dear brothers of Steemhurch.

God's will is what leads us to success. To ask is to align with what God wants for us as established in his word. We should never ask God to agree with our delight, but according to what God really says in his word that he can give us and that is of our well-being and benefit.

What we need is to pray according to the will of God, since prayer is an instrument of authority that God has given us to ask according to his will. In prayer we have the authority to bind things on earth and in the heavens, as well as to unleash both in the heavens and here on earth.

In Matthew 18: 18-19, the Lord Jesus said:

Truly I tell you that everything you bind on earth will be bound in heaven; and everything you loose on earth will be unleashed in heaven. Once again, I tell you that if two of you agree on earth about what you ask for, my Father in heaven will do it.

I want to draw your attention to the fact that it is clear that our authority in prayer is that God's will be done on earth, not that our will be done. Prayers outside the will of God will be answered only with a "No!"

As believers, we have spiritual authority and must use it. One of the ways to use it is prayer. God desires to use his servants who have submitted to Him in prayer, lowering their will from heaven to earth, just like the prayer Jesus taught:

Thy will be done, as in heaven, so also on earth (Matthew 6:10).

What an amazing privilege! Our prayers affect not only our destiny, but also others. We can be used by God for others to become themselves, and thus experience the fullness that God planned for them.
