Most of us are so focus with "easy money" without thinking that we need to strive first for us to be successful in life and with everything that we do.
I have posted an encoding job to one of the famous social media platform. Most of them are asking if it is legit or if it is a scam. Without them trying or doing the job first. It was clearly stated that they need to strive for them to get paid. No easy money!
Some are just asking and waiting if someone can get the payout right away without referring. I have reiterated that they need to strive first and refer more to get the payout in the fastest way that they can. They are just focus on the $ sign and not reading the rest of the post. I have provided all of the details. What they need to do is to do their thing! Work!
As per Site Build it, Is it a Scam?
What Really Works
Training, support, tools and knowhow are the valuable tools everyone needs to succeed online. You can steer clear of easy money making scams by verifying claims. If it sounds too good to be true, AND if you cannot verify a product's results, you're best off to keep moving along. There are no shortages of opportunities on the Internet.
A good rule of thumb:
If claims of success are promised with little or no work, the product is probably one of the easy money making scams and not legitimate.
Even here in Hive. We're doing the same thing. But it's not that easy as encoding. Just like on what I'm doing with my artwork. I'm providing a goal. They also need to have a goal. Like for example we need to refer atleast forty persons. After doing that, we can freely get our pay. But I don't know why most of us are just focus on what we want to hear or what we want to see or get. We don't want to stretch our muscles out or even just our fingers by encoding and referring. We tend to give up easily without trying until the end.

How can we see the end of the tunnel without getting there?
We can't tell without trying.
We will not be successful without working everything out!"
