Today's forecast called for rain tonight, but just as I was heading out for my afternoon shift, a light drizzle began that turned into a heavy downpour.

Fortunately, I didn't get wet, but when I got home, I saw that some of the things near the window had gotten completely soaked.

Hoy el pronóstico era de lluvias para la noche, pero justo cuando salía a mi turno vespertino empezó una llovizna que terminó siendo un gran aguacero.

Afortunadamente no me mojé, pero al llegar a casa, vi como parte de las cosas que están cerca de la ventana terminaron completamente mojadas.
