A while back, I stopped letting my kitten sleep in my bed, because she would sometimes decide to go exploring while I was asleep and wake me up in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep.

Now I let her stay in my bed for her naps during the day, but at night she has to go sleep in the living room.

She’s been okay with that, and we can both enjoy each other’s company a little during my mid-afternoon naps.

Hace ya algún tiempo, saqué a mi gatita de dormir en mi cama, pues a veces inventaba explorar mientras yo dormía y me despertaba a media noche, cosa que me perturbaba mi descanso.

Ahora la dejo estar en mi cama para sus siestas durante el día, pero en la noche debe ir a dormir en la sala. Ella ha estado de acuerdo con eso y ambas podemos disfrutar un poco de la compañía en mis siestas de media tarde.
