Internal Conflict. Mi informe de Actifit: septiembre 17 2026
Today I had to decide whether or not to go to work on the second shift, since my youngest son was feeling very unwell when he got home from school.
Normally, staying home with him is my priority, but since I’m reluctant to continue in my current job, having to switch shifts to another day—for whatever reason—is torture for me.
I had to find a balance: I left him asleep with my oldest son, worked for a couple of hours, and left early to take care of them. That way, I was able to fulfill both responsibilities without feeling conflicted.
Conflicto interno
Hoy me tuve que debatir entre ir o no a trabajar en el segundo turno, pues mi hijo menor estaba con mucho malestar al salir de la escuela. Normalmente, quedarme en casa con él es mi prioridad, pero desde que estoy reacia a seguir en mi empleo actual, tener que cambiar el turno para otro día, sea por cualquier circunstancia, me resulta una tortura.
Tuve que conciliar y dejarlo dormido con mi hijo mayor, trabajar un par de horas, y salir antes para atenderlos.
Así cumplí con ambas partes sin entrar en conflicto conmigo misma.
