It doesn't have much to do with my physical activity, but I need to vent some of the frustration I feel about what's happening in my country. I hope this doesn't affect my cortisol levels, but it's very distressing to see how, even though there are people who want to help, the government is determined to leave the victims in a state of neglect.

Espero que esto no repercuta en mis niveles de cortisol, pero es muy angustiante ver como mientras hay gente que quiere ayudar, el gobierno se empeña en dejar a las víctimas en estado de abandono.
