While attempting to grow as an individual, everyone requires time. To develop oneself, one must work hard and be disciplined, be aware of one's surroundings, accept responsibility for occurrences, and recognise and remedy one's own participation to bad situations.

This is so true, as humans, one of the most important aspects of our lives is the short comings in the hustle. Again, I've watched myself diversify, think better and largely recreate and rebuild my status to counter some pretty stormy weathers I often stumble upon.
