Yesterday, I found this.
Blockchain for the UN Global Goals
Sounds very interesting.
I tried to register it.
Then,,, found something wrong.
First, I could not find the sponsorโs name.
Second, the site doesnโt require ID for registration although UN events usually require it.
Third, the location is weird. Why SoHo?
I asked my friend in the United Nations who works for its blockchain projects.
He did not know anything about this.
Yes, this is SCAM.
He also told me that now there are a lot of SCAM events which names UN. These shameless imposters use the organizationโs name and get registration fees.

The website is beautiful, the event info is detailed, and the speakers are the authorities.
Even they have Youtube about this event which shows some politicians address speech.
Looks very reliable, isn't it?
But I NEVER heard this kind of organization and event from UN staffs...
So, Here is a warning.

You should check the official UN website and ask to them.
