I get that, but it's hard to convince 50 new players to join if there are no benefits from doing so and it only burns more DEC if min 25 plots sell. Anecdotally I personally decided not to pull the trigger even though I already play the game as nothing stops me from doing so later down the line if owning land becomes worth it to me somehow using a different currency.
