I need to do a lot more research around LBRY but it does seem like SPK is very similar. As I have mentioned elsewhere, the Q/antivax stuff put me off the content, but also the video players for both SPK and LBRY didn't allow me to use my mac or Apple TV so I went back to YouTube - perhaps things have changed?
