It used to be a lot easier because there was one company everyone bought the budget printers from but they went out of business (in fact that reminds me I need to change my links).

Now most people have switched to Amazon for 90% and then specific manufacturers for the remainder.

Amazon isn't as nice, despite being hugely popular, due to their requirement that the person has to immediately buy something - they can't go away for a few days, think about it, then purchase and you still get rewarded :(
