I can appreciate that point of view. Back before the pandemic I was in a game and one of the players turned up with a super maxed out character and nobody at the table believed he’d rolled it legitimately - it was like he’d gone through and found all the loopholes to give every advantage.

That wasn’t fun for anyone but him, he couldn’t understand why we were pissed at him.
