If you want to keep people involved you need to reward every contribution even on the micro scale

Not necessarily monetarily - otherwise Web2 communities wouldn't have millions of active users.

I am enthusiastic about this stuff, I just think the technologies and tools are only part of it, psychology outside of speculative/trader thinking is as important
