People live in the middle of nowhere.
We call them farmers (amongst other names).
“Why should WE pay for THEIR infrastructure”, people say. “If they want roads then they should pay for them”
It’s not hypothetical, it in fact happens now, every day.
On Hive we have proposals that don’t get funded. Is it because they didn’t have value?
