On Hive we have examples every day where people get upset about someone “unfairly” getting rewards (self voting, posting too much, etc), and valuable projects not getting funding from the proposal structure.

It might be abundance but the mentality of the masses is scarcity.

We do, in fact build roads in the middle of nowhere. Roads that wouldn’t be built if they had to return a profit.

The road either has value and we should build it, or it doesn't and we shouldn't.

Value to the family who needs it or everyone else who has a vote?
