As I said to Marky on another thread, being on the blockchain means there are ways we can work together as teams and earn rewards without hiring folks in fiat/USD.

The hive funding process is the obvious answer but you need to be extremely popular or show very clearly how your project will benefit the majority, but people also delegate to builders etc etc - kind of like instead of putting a company together for a project, more like project DAOs
