My personal strategy (I wrote about it in detail but TL;DR) is:

Cashflow generating projects -> Investment -> Compounding

This is because right now there is more opportunity than I can participate in without impacting our finances more negatively than I would like, so I create more opportunity by creating more positive cashflow :)
