"The Igbos loves Money"

I've heard that alot and I'm Igbo, but money doesn't move me. It's funny, but that's the truth.

The first time I went to a Yoruba land, I was very surprised to know that these people does not even flex as much as they were said to be.

In all, the fact remains that stereotypes are actually based on what was observed from a few, but that doesn't really mean that it's the fact. It's a sort of fallacious generalisation.

And it's not really bad per se. As far as we don't allow what we heard to cloud our judgement.

As for that religious stuff, it has already ruined my relationship. A relationship which was supposed to lead to a bright future met it's end because of religious difference. Hehe.
