WikiLeaks has published a recent leak in which it is clearly shown how CIA spies its partners around the world including NSA, FBI and DHS. 聽
The CIA offers a biometric collection system, to its intelligence partners around the world that helps them voluntary share collected biometric data on their systems. This system has predefined hardware, software and operating system. But since no agency share all of its biometric data with others, the CIA developed a tool to secretly ex-filtrate data collections from their systems and the project name is EXPRESS LANE. It has two components;
1- Create Partition (Allow to create a partiton on target computer)
2- Exit Ramp (Allow to steal data store in hidden partition)
This software automatically removes after a period of 6 months to completely remove its footprint.
