Laws had to be changed in order to assure actual fair housing in NY like other states. All well documented facts and championed by black community leaders at the time.

Had they not been changed NYC would be much like London is today, likely was the plan. Certainly wouldn't be any low income housing available..

You can choose not to know the facts if you wish, but not many are joining you in that endeavour, not as many as you'd like us to believe :)
