I've suffered from my scoliosis since 5th grade. That was over 10 years ago. I didn't have it checked because I was too afraid of the results until then. There came a time wherein the pain was beyond I imagined. I was absent from work, can barely move and stand.
I visited the doctor and expected for a rehab but he told me that physical activity is the best prevention for now so he recommended me to do swimming.
The water is one of the most valuable creations for me and i love it like no other. I was able to enjoy swimming back and forth the space for over an hour. It was actually my first time swimming alone because aside from I have no reason in going by myself, I have a lot of friends to go with.
