It's a tremendous pleasure to continue sharing with you my graphic inspirations, which make up the Everyday Speech series. Today I arrive with sketch #3, Searching for Light, with the intention of capturing a personal gesture in the face of the difficulty of my present.
When hopelessness overwhelms us, it's common to have these moments of introspection in which we try to find a way out, we turn to the divine and wait for its light to reach us. That, roughly speaking, is the discourse I try to maintain.
As with the previous sketches, this kind of self-portrait, rather than focusing on achieving a realistic resemblance, aims to depict a state of mind, a sensitive moment, a visceral truth.
I hope I can convey the idea. Below I share part of the creation process.

Es un gusto tremendo continuar compartiendo con ustedes mis desprendimientos gr谩ficos, que van conformando la serie Discurso Cotidiano.
Hoy lleg贸 con el boceto #3, Buscando luz, con la intenci贸n de captar un gesto propio ante la dificultad que supone mi presente.
Cuando la desesperanza nos embarga, es com煤n tener estos instantes de instrospecci贸n en los que tratamos de encontrar la salida, nos volvemos a lo divino y esperamos a que su luz nos alcance. Ese es, a grosso modo, el discurso que procuro sostener.
Al igual que en los anteriores bocetos, est谩 suerte de autorretrato, m谩s que enfocarse en lograr el parecido realista, aspira a mostrar un estado de 谩nimo, un momento sensible, una verdad visceral.
Espero conseguir transmitirles la idea.
