Morning Market in Khao Lak-Bang Niang is a great market and it opens up at 4am and close at 10am. You can find everything from spices, fish, meat, vegetables and fruit.
There are mostly local people there to buy produce for restaurants and stores so the prices are good and the quality is good.
Best way to find it is to search Khao Lak-Bang Niang Transport Station on Google maps, it's just on the other side of the street from the station.
