\nA online checksum database that libraries, Archives and authors send \nhash-code of their books, documents, pictures (hashcode of text version \nor scan version)
\nPart 2:
\nA client app that public can use to download this database this app \nperiodically check that this database remained incrementally and not \nmanipulated.
