Amazing Grewia Asiatica or falsa drink for summers

Hello hi everyone and my hiver friends how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. This is my first entry in @amazingdrinks . Everyday i thought to share my berry drink recipe with all of you but i forgot. But today when i was making this drink for myself and also for other family members so i made also pictures for sharing with all of you. Hope you guys will like my today drink recipe. It's a Grewia asiatica also known as Sherbet Berry. It's a small, sweet-and-sour fruit which is also called falsa. First i will tell you the ingredients which i used.

Ingredients

Grewia Asiatica or falsa

Sugar as per taste

Salt

Ice

Water

Process

First i took Grewia Asiatica or falsa washed it very well then put it in a basket aside.

Then i put sugar and salt in a plate for using in my drink. It's a bit sour fruit so you guys can use more quantity of sugar as per your taste.

I also took out ice and water. Then i picked jug of Juicer. I put whole ingredients aside so that i can easily make the drink.

First i put falsa in the jug. Then added sugar and salt in the falsa. We can also use black salt but that was not available at home. At the last i added water till the mouth of jug because falsa is in more quantity.

Now i adjusted jug on the Juicer machine and blender the drink till five minutes. So that it mixed well.

My falsa drink is ready for drinking. I served the whole family members and also put for myself. You can see in my hand.
