I don't know of a tool or dApp which determines if an account is real or not.

When I have questions about an account I discover, I look through posts, comments, and replies to see how the responses are handled. After a while, I just make a judgment call. If I liked what I saw, I'll engage and see how responsive the account is.

Some things we still need to do the old fashioned way.
