Total number always goes up, so it is a counting stat. It will be interesting to see how the numbers breakdown by the day to see what trends look like or if anything happened on some day to cause a massive jump or drop in daily numbers.

I have enough numbers now to make a post showing the post cumbers from other points of view. Since I'm doing the report and charts the old-fashioned way (data entry from screen captures into, then charting by Excel), it will take me time to get them produced. My engagement will drop during this time as I figure out how to get the charts made (nothing professional like what @dalz and others do, but still presentable for easy viewing).
