It's been said of famous people that it took a long time to become an overnight success. The situation with PC is similar only it's for something bad.

The PC attitude and culture crossed the Atlantic Ocean from Europe close to 9 decades ago, and for much of that time it was confined to colleges and universities. Slowly the believers of PC came to dominate the higher-level scools, and the teachers taught generations of students.

It has reached the point where those students who had become believers in PC reached positions of power wherever they found themselves: big business, cultural institutions, media institutions, government institutions, and the financial sector. It's in recent years where PC has come into the open to throw its weight around. Even though it's a small number of people forcing PC on the population, this small number of PC people happen to be the people controlling the levers of power. It took 9 decades, but they reached elite status.

The vast majority of people oppose PC culture, but they are living in fear of losing virtually everything the hold dear. Revolutions only need a small number of highly-motivated people to succeed, and that's what happend here. The revolutionaries will overreach and lose what they had waited so long to gain. What no one knows is if their loss will be bloody or very bloody. The population needs to take control of their societies again, and it won't be done quickly.

It doesn't help that Big Tech social media platforms are magnifying the impact a small number of malcontents and delinquents have on those platforms. This is one reason it's vital for Hive blockchain to succeed and reach critical mass.
