Hello Everybody!
The time you have all been waiting for has arrived! Week 32 of #zencolouringcontest ended yesterday, and now to announce the winners!
So without further ado, let's get on with the show(case)!
Firstly lets announce the new prize winner voted for by a couple of admirers for the contest,

This entry was a common favourite among the voters in the Gallery of Entries post
In 3rd place:
I chose this one because of the textures that were used in the honeycomb and background. The texture in the smaller cells of the honeycomb are especially note worthy as they not only look gelatinous but also have their own patter. With the stained glass coloured and styled wings the image is very eye catching and the yellow outline helps accentuate that further.
In 2nd place:
I picked this one because the unique textures of the bees, the marble-like fuzz texture is very alluring. I also liked that the honeycomb section realistically represented the sealed and unsealed cells with the textures used. The cherry on top is that this steemian used one of their own photographs for the background and seamlessly mirrored it in all four corners.
And in 1st place:
I chose this one as the winner because of the level of detail and realism in the shading and texturing of the design. The speckled shimmer and dark shading of the bees body adds a lot of depth and dimension to the creature. The smaller pattern from the the background in the eyes really captures an insects eye and the background itself works really well to accentuate the honeycomb. The pattern that is made by the shades of orange in the smaller cells of the honeycomb are really striking and add a further sense of realism to the piece!
