I countered the majority of his melee damage by my Summoner, Crypt Mancer but still struggled from the damage of my opponent's gladiator card. I lost at the later rounds due to him having Cerberus with heal while I don't have any monsters left with heal. π
We had pretty much the same strategy, going for a magic burst because the ruleset includes, Equalizer, which evens out all health of monsters with the monster having the highest health; makes magic dealers that are relatively low in health have a boost in hp. Opponent's gladius cards prove to be too strong again having 4 damage π. so I lose. gg
Finally a win! π
My Summoner was perfect for this one, as it was expected that the opponent would prioritize using melee monsters more hehe So I deducted -1 melee from all his melee monsters with my summoner, which gives me a huge edge in winning. π
Good strategy by @wednesdays to use Disintegrator at an all melee ruleset to give disadvanteges to his opponent! Also, using Venari Knifer with thorns destroyed the opponent's Tenyii Striker.
