I'm an intense devotee that the excursion is a higher priority than the objective, albeit at times the objective can be extremely baffling.
Come True plays with that, and keeping in mind that I wouldn't mark it as a mistake, tragically its outcome isn't up to what it was building.
Its tone is agitating, albeit the account it's somewhat untidy. In any case, it's adequately plot complex to keep you intrigued.
Possibly it winds up feeling more fundamental than it did from the start example, however I've seen movies that have taken a stab at something comparable in tone and style and flopped hopelessly, though I think Come True will be able to actually fare better.
