Hello! When I was working for 29 years, I went through situations you can't even imagine. After the pandemic, it was a total disaster. I didn't even have a place to sit. The manager told me not to stand in the middle, knowing that there were 25 of us in a tiny space and we had to take turns using the computer.
And the last straw was when a boss who had been promoted told me not to tell him what to do. Well, I turned my back on him and requested my retirement. Later, I found out that he was fired for following procedures incorrectly. I had been working as a planner for almost 20 years, and I told him that, but he didn't listen to me. He didn't even want to see the presentation of the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives that I had made for him and his executive team.
Regards @cmplxty
P.S.: During the pandemic, thieves stole and destroyed documents and broke into the headquarters of the company where I worked. Everything was lost. As a result, we were moved to another, much smaller headquarters.
