Hello Dear Hiveans,

It's my first time using Project Hope Community. I read description of this community and prefer to join with and awesome community. I have learned and followed Accounting courses and worked some accounting firms in my state. So first time I write some basic theory of Accountancy. The subject of Accounting has been around for a long time. In the past, this subject was used for different purposes and needs of the society. But it was not done in a formal way. The fast-growing accounting industry has grown from automated accounting to electronic devices.

Collection of financial information relating to transactions and events in a particular accounting period, reporting, classifying, summarizing, interpreting and communicating results in accordance with specified accounting principles and standards. The entire process is called GI Is accounting.

An accounting unit can be defined as a specific person, business entity, social organization, government agency that is based on accounting. The requirements and objectives of accounting include managing and managing economic resources, assessing the outcome of economic processes, and providing information needed to make decisions about resource utilization.

Accounting units can be categorized according to the type of accounting unit chosen to perform the accounting. Accounting is primarily based on transactions and events. Changes in resources are based on the decisions made by the internal managers of the business.

This is a case in point, if the resources of the business vary depending on the changes that occur outside the decision of the managers of the business. Namely, internal and external events.

Internal events are resource changes that occur outside the management decisions made within the business. External events are internal resource changes that result from the involvement of outside parties.

In addition we have heard about the work of bookkeeping. I have also made it a career in my life. Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping activity that focuses on only a few basic tasks or functions. The bookkeeper is the bookkeeper.

Difference between Bookkeeping and Accounting

Bookkeeping only involves gathering financial transactions and events, reporting them in books, and sorting them out. But in accounting, all the basic functions of accounting are met. In this sense, accounting is a broad process.

Relationship between Bookkeeping and Accounting

Bookkeeping is one of the primary functions of accounting, so bookkeeping and accounting are interconnected.

Accounting plays an important role as a business phenomenon, as a social phenomenon and as a means of governance in determining whether a business's goals have been met for the benefit of it.
