that is a fair comment, I didn't actually say my posts dont get much support or engagement, i actually feel they do! I just mention it can be harder for them to get of the ground.

My engagement is mainly with commenters on my posts, Though I do comment on others posts its not as much - my job is taking up a lot of my time now so it has become a lot harder than it once was - But I cant disagree with you. More effort can be made on my part.
