Following on from that time for a little update post...Its time to try and raise some extra funds - its time to sell some stuff!
Over the years I have picked up some nice collectable items of value, usually for quite cheap when I have spotted a bargain - I had planned to save these until retirement but I think I need the money now to save for the house so its time to get rid!
First up I have this nice solid silver pen - I was able to sell this for £120, not bad since I only paid £45 for this one - a nice item but not something I will ever use. I also sold this medal for £145 too, so not a bad amount of new cash towards the deposit..
I also sold an amount of crypto, I don't like to do it, but I need to lock in some actual funds - so here is our new balance up from 705 bonds last time. Naturally I cant grow it anything like that quick usually! cant wait to get first 10k block complete!
