Greetings my dear @carlir, if we analyze the events that have been taking place we realize that the Covid-19 was only the trigger to a situation that had been brewing with the evolution of the days in our country (Venezuela), in this sense and responding to your statements I dare to say that we do not have a solid technological structure that allows us to address education in these times of pandemic and how to forget the de-motivation of teachers by an issue of salary interest.
