Goodevening Steemers!
Today I received a set of Tombow brushes which I was eager to try,... Even because I prepared a couple of drawings yesterday evening already!
The first, John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
To me this man could have changed history, for once in a positive way... It does tell a lot about our species that mostly the good get murdered for what they stand for, just think of M.L.King & Ghandi to name a couple ... For that reason I have been looking and eventually found a silver coin with JFK on it. Curiously the year that it reports is 1964, while he was shot in 1963.
Back to the drawing, here is the initial sketch
Instead of the waterbrush filled with black ink, I tried pigment liners to ink the drawing,... Fine for the inside, but the outlines I dont really like too much...
The colors are from these Tombow brushes which I like already very much, while the shading is made with Copic markers.
