Upbit, that big Korean exchange, most of you have probably heard of, are up for something great to come. They are going to launch a new exchange and guess where, not in Malta, but in sunny cryptofriendly Singapore.
The new exchange is currently open for registrations and initial deposits, with this comes unfortunately but not unexpected KYC and 4 levels of verification.
Getting level 4 verification qualifies you, after depositing at least 500S$, for an ICON airdrop supposedly worth 100S$.
ICON by itself is a highly intersting project, but more importantly opening a Korean exchange in Singapore may finally open access to the vibrant Korean cryptomarket for non-Koreans.

Official opening was supposed to happen in October, the launch ICO was recently announced, so it will probably happen in the next few days.
