I don’t know what to do with you anymore. I’ve only known you a month and already you are taking over my life. I am neglecting everything and everyone for you.
I rush home from work and just throw together some dinner just so I can spend time looking at your posts. Even preparing dinner I’m thinking what my next conversation with you will be…

“Hmmm I know, I could write about my weed foraging”

“Nah, heaps of people doing that”

“Darn, OK, what about that little boat I did up for my Nephew?”

Nah, too long”

“What about that Colour challenge thing I spotted, I’d love to do that”

“Yes, but it say’s Mondays colour challenge and it’s Tuesday here so that would be another colour, does that still count?”

“Darn,…. I’ve burnt the food”

As if I don’t start work early enough at 6am, now I’m leaving home at 5am just so I can spend time with you, because as I’m getting up, it seems everyone else is getting home and posting, which means they’ll be asleep if I post anything…..my head is spinning!!
And I’m tired!

I have neglected the others in my life for you, I’m not emailing family like I usually do, I’m not following my favorites on YouTube anymore because you consume my computer time. I mean to say, Nibiru could have arrived and I wouldn’t know.

I must admit; you have some pretty awesome friends. I Ohh and Ahh over their posts, I mean to say, how great to be able to connect to someone who has owned a cotton farm!!! Or your friends from Canada, who are SO nice and interesting. The list goes on, yet I can’t stop reading. In fact, I am in overload, I’m swamped and sinking, you are possessive Steemit and demand all my time.
I’m turning pale, I need Sunshine and vitamin D!

The final straw came last night, when I put a can of Savory Chicken cat food in my husband’s lunch box instead of a can of Chocolate creamed rice, all because I was thinking about what to say to you next.

I’ve tried to get my head around what makes you tick, I’ve tried to understand you, it’s not you Steemit, it’s me.

So, here’s the deal, we have to tone this down, we’re going to fast! I will enjoy writing to you and not worry if someone else is writing the same, I will spend time looking at what your friends are writing, vote for them, and when I can I will write back.
This will have to be a more casual relationship if we are going to survive.

Please say you understand
