Maker Spaces are another good example of how to create connections where none existed before. And many of these examples, like time banks and libraries of things, could run on a common public blockchain with its own crypto token.
In Minneapolis, we have Open Streets events, where a main thoroughfare is closed to cars and people play music and dance in the streets. I'd like to see something like that in every neighborhood, happening regularly.
