I also don't know what I'd do if I were in their shoes. Even so, I believe that organized murder sprees are wrong. It doesn't matter if it's the IDF or Hamas doing them, they're wrong.

You make some good points. There's an important difference between peaceful and non-kinetic. And something like Czechoslovakia's nonviolent response to Soviet invasion in 1968 might today be impossible
