Yes, I give Christmas presents not only to those who do me special favor but to all my tenants. Like in a corporate world with employees, my tenants are the ones giving me business so it is also worthgiving back to them in my little way. Exception to this was last year when our family had a serious problem over Christmas and New Year.

I actually ordered 42 sacks of rice for my tenants and my relatives for Christmas last year. One week before the delivery, we had a major family problem. I did not know what will come next so I had to be careful with our finances. It was a good thing that the vendor was very understanding when I cancelled my order. I pray for better opportunities this coming year-eand. 🙏
