Be steady. Keep your eye on the short term goal. Don't look too far. Have a vision. But most importantly have goals. Make good use of the opportunities around you. Appreciate them,give it a try, respect people who trust in you, Respect their tangible or non tangible support. Take charge and never walk alone. And remember, have fun during the journey.
The goal should not only focus on reaching the end line, You might not! The goal is to make the impact and change during the journey.
