Oh. I just posted that because, while I received that message 5 times! There were a couple of attempts that actually went through. Only kept the first one.

The only interesting part from the dev perspective might be that the system sent 'failed transaction' while sometimes actually completed. Now, I do not know what it actually looks like underneath the main transactions, but figure its at least worth a look.

Thought it better to replace duplicate posts with information about a potential issue.

You probably thought I originally posted this error which would be suspicious since it went through.. Just a place holder for duplication with the cause.

BTW, still getting an error in Firefox... commented here through Chrome.
