Crypto gaming has already taken off. There is no sign of it slowing down, especially with most games having some sort of economic model.

That said, I remember looking at the sport page of my paper back in the 80's. Me and a group of fellows were numbers guys. It seems pretty clear that once the sports world gets a hold of crypto, it will very much help with main stream adoption.

I once wrote that every league will have its own blockchain (or side chain) and every team its own token. Of course star players will as well.
