Those unlock fees are crazy. Also, why the time limit? Maybe after 180 days then the unlock fees can be really high but I don't think they should be locked forever...

These are reward cards, they shouldn't cost the same as Rebellion pack cards. Sad now that I will never get to complete my set at those prices.
