If you are often as bored as I am, I have one cure and It’s very simple. All you have to do is to ask “why”. There are so many things in this world we have yet to explore. So far it helped me being entertained than playing games or watching tv for hours.
Not only “why” will keep you entertained, it will help you develop your reasoning skills and add information to your database-brain. If you claim yourself to be an author, writer and the likes,it will help you expand your horizons and have more things to say.
Below are examples of questions I have asked in the past and some of them have yet to be answered. It can be a total random questions but each of them will lead you to an interesting discovery especially if you just ask them randomly.
why people are pissed today?
why do people create rules?
why do good people seem to suffer the most in the surface?
Why there are people eating a tide pod?
why there are people who are reluctant to follow what’s good for them?
Why do people complicate life?
why people these days prone to not believing in god?
why there are people who have suicidal thoughts?
why do I keep attracting broken people?
Why do peanut allergy can cause death?
why are you even on bitconnect?
why do people will value gold when there’s inflation?
Why do people work that early?
Why do you believe in yourself?
I also think asking "why?" is the most effective way to spend your time. Who knows, you'll discover more about yourself and exploring new possibilities. I understand it can be annoying for some people when you constantly asking them why. There are ways to ask without being painfully repetitious, I'll let you figure that.
There are days when I simply want to binge watch youtube or news. However before I do that, I will make sure at least to ask myself " why" and then i'll take me to darkside of youtube. It feels like you're entering a sketchy alley and you just have to be ready for whatever you're going to watch. One of the thing that I stumbled upon once was an episode of Hannibal. I thought he was such a great chef but as I discovered more, there was something disturbing lies behind those appetizing meal.
