There are countries where it's data seems to be skewed but it's always intriguing to see it. Perhaps there's just a disparity between income. Even sites like numbeo mentioned that a single person in Havana needs 711.41$ to survive with rent. So to imagine surviving on $40/month with children is definitely though.
