The most expensive mouse I've ever had....
The Review
About a few months back, I got the chance to upgrade my mouse along with my laptop. I chose this QZ20 because it's close design and function to MX Master 3S. One of the feature that this mouse has is the thumb scroll wheel that lets us to zoom in and out seamlessly. Since these days I work with map and parcels, that feature makes my job so much faster. I can zoom in and out faster now.
The price of this Rexus QZ20 is less 50% less than MX logitech and it's worth it for the price offered. So far, I have not found any issues and the battery lasts for more than 2 months in single charging. To be fair, compared to my previous logitech, this one in terms of price is one of the most expensive mouse I've ever had in my entire life.
However, the price is justified as it helps me with my job as well as that it doesn't rely on battery at all which can be quite annoying when your job requires you to travel into remote areas. And this year, I am back into monochrome aesthetic because that helps me focus more and avoid less eye distraction when I work.
Can you play game game with it? Well, arguably but it has quite decent latency. I don't play as many games as before but the other day, I tested it and works just fine. So, if you see this one in your neighborhood store or online, this one is worth getting. It's also best to bring around to work in public as it's very silent and doesn't have that clicky sound that other people might find annoying.
The flick side and left right are indeed convenient especially now that I have to go back and forth when editing documents. It makes my job and productivity significantly faster as well. Now, I really think that investing to things that makes your life easier is worth it than investing on things that don't really bring anything into your life. But also adjust your budget because for instance, if I have more budget, I would have bought the actual MX than this one. For now, this one is the one that was fitting the budget 馃槃
As my approach to tech recently is making things more seamless and minimalistic. I don't have scarcity mindset anymore that I have to hoard or constantly do meaningless upgrade. So, yeah you won't be seeing more tech upgrades from me soon. I don't even dream to do it unless something I have is broken/missing.
